Track & Field Season

Volunteer Program

Our meets run on parent power. Every role, from the snack bar to the starting line, is filled by a family like yours.

The Requirement

Each family is required to complete a minimum of 10 volunteer hours during the Track & Field season. This ensures that we have enough coverage for our home meets and assigned duties at away meets.

Per Family (not per child)

The Refund

Upon completion of your 10 hours, your $300 Volunteer Bond check will be destroyed. Families who do not fulfill their hours will have their checks cashed at the end of the season.
